The 2020 summer motorcycle trip up to Lapland and Norway. Finnish Lapland, Alta, Nordkapp via trails as much as possible. Thanks for the company Anssi, Jugi, Tommi, Juha and Tatu.
Bikes on the trip:
- 2 x BMW R 1250 GS Adventure
- Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro
- Triumph Tiger 1200XE
- Ducati Multistrada Enduro
- BMW G 650 XChallenge
Day 1. The group got together at Manamansalo in Finland by the Lake Oulujärvi, coming from Kuopio and Tampere.
Day 2. Manamansalo to Levi, Finland
Day 3. Levi to Kautokeino Norway
Day 4. Kautokeino to Alta via the old postal road. After two days of pouring rain it was quite wet.
Day 5. Alta to Karigasniemi, Finland via Nordkapp
Day 6. Karigasniemi to Inari with a detour to Pykeija Norway by the Arctic sea
Day 7. Inari to Ruka, Finland
Day 8. The group split for rides home
