Not sure of the manufacturer, but it's quite a loud lift.

As per the voiceover, this lift will only server one call at a time - what I used to call 'one shot relay logic'. It's the simplist type of relay logic. It was found mostly in the 80s/90s probably to save money to reduce the parts required to control the lift. I've not seen it for years now. The downfall is that the lift will go directly to wherever it is called without stopping for other calls on-route. If you see 3:23, I registered a call on floor 2, then floor 1 - the lift did not stop at 1.

Also see 3:00 onwards - this is the floor position system which looks like reed switches (on the car) and magnets (at floor and slowdown positions).
