As Greeks, we’re familiar with the magic of island life. The Greek Islands have been our go-to vacation spots all our lives. With so many spectacular Greek Islands within our reach, we never thought that an island outside of Greece would steal our hearts. Yet, it did.

This island was Madeira, a wondrous piece of land stranded in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. An island of insanely scenic landscapes, incredibly welcoming locals and the most easy-going vibes we could ever dream of.
