More than 40 countries gathered at the Ukraine Recovery Conference held in the Swiss town of Lugano to discuss a plan to rebuild Ukraine after war, 132 days after Russia launched their invasion of the European country. Meanwhile, Finland and Sweden formally completed accession talks after a political agreement was reached at a summit in Madrid last week.
