Hi thanks for dropping by! This is part one of my trip to Switzerland last year. I rode 874 miles to Grindelwald in 26 hours.... OK not quite a day but I made the Swiss border in 24 hours so technically I still made it to Switzerland in 24 hours.

The arguments this has caused you wouldn't believe...I'm still right though.

I went on a 2009 Honda CBF 600. My first bike. It managed perfectly well if a little out of breath on occasion. As a noob biker you don't need the biggest newest tourer or ADV bike to go on an adventure. Kind of what this channel is about. You can still have amazing experiences staying within the bounds of your annual leave! No 6 month expeditions around the globe needed!

It was an amazing trip and I can recommend Switzerland to any biker without hesitation. It's definitely a bucket list location.

Lots of long motorway miles to start with but the mountain passes in the alps are simply breathtaking to look at and ride. It was painful to leave to be honest.

The experience gained as a biker and the memories of Switzerland will stay with me forever.

But for now you will have to make do with a short video of good old blighty and the Port Of Dover.
