TRP-World HOUSE RULES revised 10-28-2024 OldCrowBalthazor vs GamingWithTheColonel
(Made for a semi-historical timeline)
1) No War Dec of USSR before April 1941 unless USSR mobilization reaches 90%
2) No Allied ships may ever use Kiel Canal until France Falls. Allied land units may land and block.
3) No German attack on Low Countries and France till May 1940
Germany must attack ALL Low Countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) at the same time.
4) No more than 5 UK land units in France till Sept 1940 (Hq does not count)
5) Finnish units may not enter any land hexes south of Riga-Moscow-Perm line. Finnish units can enter anywhere in Norway and Sweden. Finnish SF unit may go anywhere.
6) No Hungarian units may never enter Rumania. if German DC 2nd Vienna Award grants Hungary the Romanian part of TransylvaniaNo Rumanian units in Hungary before Barbarossa if German DC 2nd Vienna Award grants Hungary the Romanian part of Transylvania.
7) No Allied 'Scando Gambit' on Oslo, Norway or Copenhagen, Denmark while those two countries are neutral or until France falls.
8) No Allied blocking of Gibraltar travel hexes (can put ships all around them but not right onto them) If Gibraltar Axis controlled-same as above.
9) Italian transports destined for Abyssinia (Ethiopia) must travel has fast as possible while neutral. No lingering to be used as spotters or other cheesy moves.
10) Vigo and Canary Island Ports leased to Germany may not be bombed unless Spain is an Axis Power at 100% Mobilization.
11) No Bulgarian units in USSR unless Moscow or Baku is Axis controlled. No Bulgarian units in Rumania. No Romanian units in Bulgaria.
12) No Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian Mainline Units in France or Italy. Garrison/Security Units ok.
13) No Experience Farming with Naval units.
14) Communist Chinese units can go in within 6 hexes of Nat Chinese Territory, but no further. This includes Japanese occupied Nat Chinese territory at beginning of the scenario.
15) Japanese Fleet should not attack (or be within 20 hexes) of the US west coast for 6 months after the war starts.
16) Singapore, UK must keep at least 5 combat war ships near Singapore/Malaya until Japan Declares War.
17) No German units in Albania till after Greece surrenders.
18) No Japanese surface vessels East of Oahu and Hawaii unless Oahu captured by the Axis. Subs are ok. See rule 15 Japan can-not approach West Coast 6 months upon wardec.
19) Strat Bombers capped at LvL 2
20) While the USSR is neutral with Japan, Soviet subs (or other vessels) must end their turn within 4 hexes of the Soviet Pacific coast.
21) A Capital can only be struck once (1) per turn by a AV/AVL strike
