As fighting intensifies on the battleground, Russia’s Defense Ministry has ordered an additional batch of cutting-edge Tsirkon hypersonic missiles. A source close to the military agency told TASS that a contract for additional missiles have been signed this fall, without indicating the exact date. Earlier, the missile’s trials were held on the Northern Fleet’s frigate Admiral Gorshkov. In early November, a mobile coastal launcher for the missile had reportedly been designed and produced.
