The collection of twelve Norwegian Landscape Oil Paintings gets a further addition with the ninth, Preikestein! This it the path leading to Pulpit rock or Preikestolen in Norwegian, along the way are many rocky outcrops, understated and beautiful, great shapes to silhouette against a calm, overcast sky.
An oil painting demo created in Stavanger Norway from a sketch, using oil and cold wax, brushes, rollers, palette knives and other tools on a hard surface and creating a textured natural feature for this contemporary landscape art.
New camera angles allow viewer to see more closely the painting method and how paint is mixed, get yourself a cup of tea, put your feet up and I hope you enjoy this one.
