Im Jahr 2023 machte ich mich auf den Weg zu einem ursprünglich 14 Tage langen Norwegenurlaub. Bei schönstem Reisewetter ging es erst einmal über die Grenze nach Dänemark. Ich habe die Zeit auf der Autobahn so defensiv eingeschätzt, dass ich Zeit hatte, eine Sehenswürdigkeit auf dem Weg anzusteuern. An der Unterkunft vor der Fährüberfahrt angekommen, habe ich noch ein wenig das nördliche Dänemark begangen. Am nächsten Tag ging es dann endlich mit der Fähre nach Kristiansand. Ursprünglich wollte ich eigentlich nach Langesund, aber Fjordline hat diesen Hafen spontan aus dem Programm genommen. So musste ich, obwohl ich die Fährüberfahrt bereits gebucht habe, halt ganz im Süden von Norwegen anlanden und dann erstmal einen Tag investieren, um ins anvisierte Zielgebiet zu fahren.

In 2023 I set off on what was originally a 14-day vacation to Norway. In the most beautiful travel weather we first crossed the border into Denmark. I estimated the time on the highway defensively so that I had time to stop at a sight on the way. When I arrived at the accommodation before the ferry crossing, I explored northern Denmark a little more. The next day we finally took the ferry to Kristiansand. I originally wanted to go to Langesund, but Fjordline spontaneously took this port out of the program. So, even though I had already booked the ferry crossing, I had to land in the very south of Norway and then invest a day in order to drive to the intended destination.
