Drone shots of Norway's incredible Lofoten Islands and Senja captured in May 2023. On a 10-day road trip, I travelled from Tromsø to the island of Senja, then the length of the Lofoten Islands, all the way to the end of the road at Å, and then back to Tromsø.
Late May gives the advantage of 24 hours of daylight, though the weather was extremely mixed, including fresh snow in the last few days of the month. The scenery is jaw-droppingly beautiful, with mountains rising sharply from turquoise seas and overlooking amazing white sandy beaches.
Highlights include Reinebringen, Henningsvær, Sakrisøy, Vikten, Uttakleiv, Ramberg Beach, Fredvang, Nusfjord, Hamnøy, Flakstad, Skrova, Mefjordvær, Jekthavna, Husøy.
