Hi everyone. Tag along on this vlog as me and Chris is hiking and camping around Lofoten Island for 8 days. We did 7 hikes, most of them being around 4-6h return. We free camped every night by the side of the roads etc. It worked really well but you have to be in time in the afternoon to catch the best spots. If you wonder about difficulty of the hikes etc I have made a summery down below according to my own personal preferences. I have hiked for several years but not regularly. On average we did the hikes about 1-2h faster than stated on local information signs.

Scores 1-Easy 5-very hard
Matmora - Not to demanding, and extremely pictures. OBS we never made it all the way to the top but close. Free parking. Score: 2,5-3
Flöya - The hardest hike in terms of terrain, pretty views but would not recommend for anyone with no hiking experience. Free parking in the neighborhood. Expect legs to be soooore day after. Score: 4,5
Mannen (400) - The most interesting hike as we took the "back way", felt very adventures finding our own path to the top and the difficulty was average. Camping fee/free day parking if I remember correctly. Score: 3
Ryten - Lovely hike, not too demanding. Great views but it was way to rainy & windy for us to fully enjoy the top. It would be incredible to revisit for a sunny day. ONLY Paid parking down below. Score: 2,5-3
Reinebringen - easiest terrain as it is made up stairs all the way up. But non the less, still demanding on your body. Score: 2,5
Munken - Great experience with mindblowing views because of all the lakes and mountain ranges, highly recommend but is at times demanding. Score: 4
Festvågtiden - not as timedemanding and get´s your pulse going. Quite steep but very beautiful and interesting terrain. Score: 3,5
