Hiking and camping in Lofoten for 5 days. I brought all my food with me. My pack weight in the beginning was about 14kg (30 pounds or so) My hiking bag was a 120 liter one, I actually still had room for more gear if I needed it but all in all, more gear would of just been an unnecessary burden. I went from Moskenes to Reinebringen to Bunes Beach to Vinstad to Munkebu and several other places too. If you ever have the chance to visit the Lofoten islands, go for it, you will not be let down!
