E1 - SC: WaW Allied PBEM game against Eriador - Madman Churchill to the rescue

Hello there and welcome as we begin our new PBEM series against Eriador, who's playing as Axis. Home ruleset for this campaign states that:
- uber diplo (diplo investment made on major powers, i.e. USA, USSR) is not allowed;
- diplo on Bulgaria is not allowed;
- Barbarossa in 1940 is not allowed; also Barbarossa before April 1941 is not allowed as to avoid manipulation of Winter Strike trigger;
- Japanese DOW on USSR is prohibited unless Axis player is already at war with USA;
- Allied DOW on Japanese is prohibited unless USA is at 100% of mobilization;
- USA land units cannot travel outside the Isolationist trigger zone before reaching 100% mobilization;
- soft-locking with non-belligerent units is not allowed.
