Out vanlife adventure in the Arctic was held up this week as we were stuck in a huge tunnel after a crash. We shouldn't even have been there, but we misread the signs.

Much more fun than that was our incredible sighting of some fabulous wildlife in the Arctic Ocean and our time visiting Nordkapp right up in the extreme north of Norway.

We also saw a beautiful display of the northern lights and had a lovely meal at a restaurant in Kiruna, Sweden.

We spent two years self converting our Mercedes Sprinter van into our little home on wheels. After some serious Arctic preparations, it's perfectly capable of taking us all the way to the far north, 300 miles into the Arctic and experiencing as low as -23 Celsius.
