Last weekend we hired a boat from Binibecca Diving, Menorca, to visit some of the South Coast by boat and to take some video with the drone of the beautiful island. Despite our mishap, we had a fantastic day and will definitely be doing it again when it gets a little warmer to play for longer in the sea. We started off from Cala Torett and made our way along the South Coast towards Cala En Porter. Beautiful caves and rock formations all the way along the coast. The sea was calm, the water crystal clear and the sun was shining, could we have asked for anything more?

We’re Chris, Cat and Rolo our chocolate labrador. We live full time in our self-converted 7.5 tonne DAF LF 45 Lorry travelling around Europe. We've travelled in motorhomes for over 15 years all over Europe and I cat lived in a motorhome in NZ traveling over 25 years ago with my girls then aged 3 months and 3 years old. Motorhoming and travelling is not new to us its been a way of life for many years but we decided life is too short and we wanted to live a simpler life and go full time. We downsized from a 4 bedroom family home to buy our 7.5-tonne lorry and spent two years converting our lorry to become our tiny home on wheels. it was a gruelling and hard slog building our own tiny home on wheels but worth it in the end, as we have our own unique home to travel with on wheels.

We moved into Florry The Lorry at the end of February 2018 and have since been touring around Europe except for during the first lockdown in the UK where we ended up living on a family drive, in Suffolk. We left the UK Again to explore and arrived in Spain and two days later it was announced travel to Spain was not recommended. The government advised everyone that if they were already in a country that they should follow the local guidelines of that country until they could safely get back. With borders closing and things turning for the worse, we decided to stay in Menorca rather than continue travels through Europe in 2020 to do the safe thing. May 2021 and we are still in Menorca and things are starting to ease and we are planning again to be leaving soon to try and make our way back to the UK to see family and friends. The adventures will continue and where to we don't as yet know, it all depends on what the government will and will not allow and borders opening.
